Designed for demanding fly anglers.Maxima Fluorocarbon is a premium leader and tippet material that combines stealth, durability and reliability. With a refractive index very close to that of water, this fluorocarbon tippet is virtually invisible underwater – a decisive advantage when fishing clear rivers, lakes or pressured waters. Thanks to its high density, the material sinks naturally, making it an excellent choice for fly fishing on sea trout, salmon and steelhead and for fishing with nymphs, streamers and wet flies. Tippet (ultragreen)
Salmon and Steelhead fly-fishermen swear by it: This material is legendary when it comes to fishing on the bottom of a lake. Many high-stretched tippets lose a lot of carrying capacity after a short fish life. Maxima ultragreen still holds after many fishing lessons. So it is hardly surprising that you can see where Maxima ultragreen is used in the harshest conditions.
