Season Opening in May on the Bavarian Traun

Experience the first weekend of May on the Bavarian Traun in the heart of the Chiemgau region! 

These four days could become some of the most beautiful fishing days of the entire year. Take the opportunity and come to Chiemgau into the heart of Bavaria! 

Enjoy four days of fly fishing along our best stretches of the Traun river. You can experience spectacular sight-fishing with dry flies and nymphs. The crystal-clear waters of the Bavarian Traun will captivate you! 
A guide will also accompany you for two of the days and he will show you the best spots & techniques. 

Dates: April 30 to May 3, 2026 (Thu–Sun)
