Maxima Fluorocarbon is a premium leader and tippet material that combines stealth, durability and reliability. With a refractive index very close to that of water, this fluorocarbon tippet is virtually invisible underwater – a decisive advantage when fishing clear rivers, lakes or pressured waters.
Thanks to its high density, the material sinks naturally, making it an excellent choice for fly fishing on sea trout, salmon and steelhead and for fishing with nymphs, streamers and wet flies. The tough outer structure provides outstanding abrasion resistance, even when fishing near rocks, gravel or submerged structures. At the same time, the line offers excellent knot strength and tensile performance, ensuring maximum confidence when playing strong fish.
The practical 25 m spool allows you to cut individual tippet sections or build custom leaders directly on the water – flexible, efficient and always ready for the situation at hand.
