The Klink Emerger is arguably the most successful fly pattern of the last few decades when fish are feeding on emerging insects. This fly imitates insects that are in the process of hatching from the water.

The low-riding body perfectly mimics the subimago, while the high post (sighting point) represents the emerging insect's wings. It can be used universally throughout the year.

If trout and grayling are only 'sipping' and ignoring dry flies – tie on the Klinkhammer! It presents perfectly in and on the surface film.
