CDC Feathers
“CDC Standard” can be used in a wide variety of applications, from the smallest, most delicate dry fly to the largest mayfly. From the freshwater shrimp to the tempting nymph, right up to the streamer, sea trout fly and even the salmon fly. The “CDC Standard” always fits the bill. Pack size: 1g - contains 120-140 feathersFeather length: 1 cm - 4.5 cm "FINEST FEATHERS" is SWISSCDC’s philosophy! As a matter of principle, SWISSCDC only offers duck CDCs (Cul de Canard) taken from winter feathers. They made this decision on the basis of the significantly better quality. Ducks breed less in the winter, which means that the appearance of the feathers is considerably better. In the warmer seasons, the breeding ducks are subjected to heat and even greater burdens. This has a particularly negative effect on the quality of the feathers.

Grayling Special Leader (with Loop)
Grayling Special Leader (with Loop)You will have noticed that longer finer leaders and light tippets are necessary when dry fly fishing for wary species, such as Grayling, on clear days. This induced us to develope the Grayling Special Leader.By precisely balancing the seperate sections of the Grayling Special we have produced a very accurate leader with excellent turn over qualities. It doesn‘t matter if you fish with small dry flies or the smallest midges, with the Grayling Special you will notice the difference. The shock absorbing section in the butt part of the leader is a cushion against breaking very fine tippets. You can of course use this leader for wary Trout as well. Emergers and weighted nymphs that do not have to be fished too deeply also pose no problem for the Grayling Special.
