Fyggi Brown
The Fyggi is a Gammarus or Shrimp imitation. The most important seatrout food year around. The designer, Claus Eriksen likes to fish the Fyggi high in the water on a long 3x fluorocarbon leader. It is an especially good sea trout fly on quiet days where sea trout are sitting near the surface. A great sea trout pattern.

Stripers, blues, and Albies love them, often to the exclusion of larger baits. Because of their sheer numbers, fish get very picky about the size, profile, color, and movement of imitations, so matching the hatch is key. The Bay Anchovy, based on the Hoo Fly platform, has the exact shape, color and translucence of the real deal and is responsible for many days of epic Albie and striper fishing. We recommend that you always have a stock with the fly patterns, as you can hardly buy flies on the spot.
Very important to us is the quality of the hooks used, because there is nothing more annoying than losing a fish through a bad hook in the fight. We also pay attention to the quality of the materials, feathers and hair used.
