How To Use Your BogaGrip

The BogaGrip is designed to safely land, handle and weigh fish while maintaining maximum control. Its unique rotating design allows the fish to move naturally while reducing stress on both the angler and the fish.

Secure the Fish

Open the BogaGrip jaws and carefully position them around the fish's lower jaw. Release the trigger and allow the jaws to lock securely into place.

Control the Fish

Hold the BogaGrip vertically and support larger fish with your free hand under the belly. This provides better fish care and makes hook removal easier. The 360° rotating mechanism allows the fish to move freely without creating damaging leverage

Weigh the Fish

Lift the fish carefully and read the weight directly from the integrated precision scale. Every BogaGrip is individually calibrated and has earned a reputation for exceptional accuracy. BogaGrip scales have certified thousands of IGFA world-record fish.

Release the Fish

After weighing or taking photographs, return the fish to the water as quickly as possible. Open the jaws and gently release the fish. For larger fish, always support the body with your free hand.
