In the real world caddis pupa have dark wing pads and antennae that are very noticeable, and have a body and legs that undulate enticingly in the water. Across the spectrum of the caddis family the pupae vary considerably in color; from light tan, to cinnamon brown, chartreuse greens to dark olive, and all the shades in between. Puparazzi will represent nearly every color of caddis pupae out there. This fly is tied on a barbless jig hook and has a mottled tungsten bead to look as natural as possible, while keeping the fly in the feeding zone. Die Parachute-Bindeweise in CDC-Material steht für sanftestes Auf- setzen und immer korrekte Schwimmlage. Die Polycelon-Flügelknospe garantiert beste Sichtbarkeit und kommt dem Schwimmvermögen sowie der Thorax-Betonung zugute. So kann man das Muster selbst in rauhen Strömungen trocken anbieten und die Drift auch unter erschwerten Sichtbedingungen immer bestens verfolgen. Wer Probleme mit dem Sehen hat, sollte mit der Yetop-Parachute selbst auf Distanz bestens zurechtkommen. In Größe 14 mit goldgelbem und in Größe 12 mit grauem Körper haben sich diese Fliegen besonders in der frühen Saison bei „Rhodani"-Schlüpfen und im Frühling bei Aufkommen der Schnellwasser-olivfarbenen (Rhithrogena semicolorata) und der schönen Epeorus sylvicola gut bewährt. Die hellgelbe Poly-Flügelknospe erscheint aus der Unterwassersicht vom kreisförmig umgebenden CDC-Fiberkranz verschleiert. Sie läßt den Thorax diffus hervortreten und imitiert so das typische Erscheinungsbild des Auskriechers. Gefischt wird die Yellowtop-Parachute in der üblichen Trockenfliegen-Manier stromauf oder querüber.
