Tippet Rings (Pitzenbauer Ringl)

These tiny rings were first made public by the well known fly angler Edgar Pitzenbauer. They are tied to the end of your leader and allow you to knot on a new tippet section without having to shorten your leader every time. These rings do not have a solder joint and are rounded and smooth on the inside and outside surfaces to protect the tippet and leader from wear. These tiny rings are very light, extremely strong and are suitable for floating and sinking leaders.
