A few years ago we asked ourselves the question how can we make our best backing even better?
A new binding technique combined with modern high performance fibres was the answer. This breakthrough has given us the best backing that we know of. One of the advantages of this material is that it flattens out when on the spool, this avoids the cutting action so inherent to other backing. The tensile strength is 40% higher, the diameter 35% lower than the avarage backing. A good visibility is ensured by the fluorescent colour.
